MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years full-time experience in marketing management or a closely related marketing leadership role
- English language fluency
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet
- High digital proficiency: able to communicate via messaging, participate in video calls, and upload files
- Ability to follow structured written instructions and complete online tasks independently

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS

- Hourly pay: $70–$119 per hour, with potential task-based bonuses depending on experience and fit
- Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours
- Fully remote participation; work on your own schedule as long as deadlines are met
- Current employment in marketing is not required

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Complete a short background questionnaire to establish your professional profile
- Evaluate AI-generated marketing plans, campaign briefs, audience segmentations, and analytical summaries
- Help construct realistic and edge-case marketing challenges across channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, conversion optimization, and brand strategy
- Provide expert feedback on what high-quality versus low-quality marketing work looks like in real-world business contexts
