10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Minimum 5 years of strategic PR and corporate communications experience
Proven experience in real estate, homebuilding, or related industries strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing media relations and securing positive press coverage

Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies
Strong media relations skills with established network of journalist contacts
Excellent crisis management and issues management capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including speechwriting
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
