The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as the executive leader responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, digital marketing, customer acquisition, product marketing, and market research. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will align marketing initiatives with business objectives to fuel sustainable growth, enhance customer engagement, and position AI reviews, Inc. as a market leader.

This role demands a blend of creative vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

● Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Craft a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing roadmap that supports short- and long-term business goals, including go-to-market plans for new products and services.

● Lead Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, while evolving the brand to resonate with target audiences.

● Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention: Optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) to acquire high-value customers; implement loyalty programs and CRM strategies to boost retention and lifetime value.

● Manage Budget and ROI: Allocate marketing budgets effectively, track performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS), and use analytics tools to refine strategies and demonstrate clear ROI to stakeholders.

● Build and Mentor Teams: Assemble, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

● Market Research and Insights: Conduct ongoing research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes; leverage insights to inform product development and marketing tactics.

● Partnerships and PR: Forge strategic partnerships, manage influencer collaborations, and handle media relations to amplify brand visibility and credibility.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with overall business operations. Qualifications and Skills

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

● Experience: 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CMO or VP-level executive in a scaling company (startup experience a plus).

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of emerging trends like AI-driven personalization, Web3, and sustainable marketing.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional communicator and storyteller; data-savvy with a creative edge; proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth settings. Experience in the AI or tech industry is highly desirable.

● Other: Ability to travel up to 25% for industry events, client meetings, or team offsites. What We Offer
