This leadership role is responsible for guiding a large product marketing team at Walmart Connect, setting vision and direction while fostering collaboration, innovation, and executional excellence. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Product Marketing Group Director:

Lead and mentor a high - performing product marketing team, driving alignment and execution.
Define a clear strategic roadmap that supports business goals and market opportunities.
Develop and implement go - to - market strategies to increase adoption and engagement.
Collaborate with product management to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
Create monetization strategies including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
Develop compelling solution - based messaging and enablement resources for sales teams.
Leverage analytics and automation to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Track performance, define success metrics, and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience of Product Marketing Group Director:

15+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within AdTech.
Proven record of building and leading teams in dynamic environments.
Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
Experience in competitive markets driving adoption and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Data - driven mindset with expertise in measurement and optimization.
MBA preferred.

Salary

Pay ranges: $192,000 - $416,000. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options.
