Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is the strategic lead and day-to-day driver of our brand, product, and digital marketing initiatives. This role manages the Marketing Team and collaborates across design, sales, product development, and leadership teams to ensure our marketing strategy is consistent, data-driven, operationally smooth, and aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Translate brand strategy into actionable annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.
Identify opportunities for brand growth, category expansion, and consumer engagement.
Provide direction and mentorship to the Marketing Team.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across product development, creative, sales, and design.
Oversee content creation across retail, social, digital, and trade marketing channels.
Review and refine all marketing copy for brand alignment.
Ensure accurate product information, timelines, and assets across platforms.
Use sales, digital, and marketing data to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
Monitor digital channels to ensure messaging is on‑brand and compliant.
Lead tradeshow strategy, planning, and participation.
Oversee creation of marketing and sales tools including catalogs, flyers, sell sheets, e‑blasts, and training assets.
Drive process improvements within the marketing function.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within CPG.
Experience overseeing or mentoring direct reports.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing competing priorities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
