The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and creative freelancer to take full ownership of our social media presence. This is a long-term contract for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and understands how to translate complex educational content into engaging, shareable social media assets. Experience with content related to spirituality, education, or astrology is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our target audience across Facebook and Instagram.

Content Creation

Ideation: Generate creative ideas for daily posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and long-form content.

Execution: Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics (using tools like Canva/Adobe Suite) and video content that educates, inspires, and promotes our offerings.

Copywriting: Write compelling and SEO-friendly captions and scripts that drive action and reflect the Jaatakam.com brand voice.

Ad Campaign Management: Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with the primary goal of driving course sign-ups and consultation leads/bookings.

Community Management: Actively monitor, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, engaging community. Find creative ways to boost organic engagement (likes, shares, saves, comments).

Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate for both organic and paid efforts. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Ad Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager for conversion campaigns.

Content Proficiency: Knowledge of current content trends and best practices for Facebook and Instagram (especially Reels/Shorts).

Language: Command of English and Hindi

Soft Skills: Organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and able to work independently.
