Marketing Budget Manager

As a critical role in our organization, you will oversee marketing budgets for Meals & Beverages (M&B) and Snacks divisions, drive continuous improvement in processes and systems, and maintain budget entries and process POs in Ariba.

Additionally, you will partner with Finance and Operations Analysts to develop real-time dashboards and support period-end close processes, act as SME for budget management systems, and design and manage approval frameworks.

Budget Management & Marketing Operations
Oversee marketing budgets for M&B and Snacks, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation, and alignment with forecasts and actuals.
Process & Workflow Ownership
Act as SME for budget management systems; lead process documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a connector across Category Teams, Finance, Procurement, and Consumer Experience for seamless budget execution.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a direct report, fostering collaboration and results-driven performance.
