About My Work

I run a private practice as a registered dietitian and culinary nutrition specialist focused on nutrition therapy for recovery from eating disorders and diet culture.

I’m about to launch a separate, cooking-focused business. Both brands/accounts will have separate content streams, but I want to streamline my creative process and minimize the overwhelm of planning for two accounts.
