Customer Success Director

SalesCloser.ai has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Director to join their team in a fully remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Closer Team and working closely with all teams to ensure the success of Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SaaS marketing operations or a related field. They should possess strong recruitment, training, leadership, and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.

Partner with Executive Leadership to align customer success goals with overall company strategy and business objectives.
Lead the design and execution of customer success strategies that enhance user adoption, engagement, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
Drive customer value realization by implementing programs that increase product usage, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.

The Customer Success Director will also oversee support operations, manage key accounts and at-risk customers, and develop and monitor KPIs for success metrics. They will work collaboratively with Product and Data teams to conduct customer insights and feedback analysis and drive actionable improvements.
