Internship opportunity at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce offering hands-on experience in research, communications, event planning, and policy support.

Conducting research, drafting memos, and coordinating events, with specific tasks varying by department and semester
Supporting teams in Communications, Member Relations, Executive Office, Federation Relations, Event Operations, Content Strategy, Strategic Alliances, Human Resources, or Information Technology
Assisting with content creation, media relations, executive communications, outreach coordination, event logistics, stakeholder engagement, recruitment efforts, and technology support
Participating in company-wide meetings, social events, and discussions with senior executives
Collaborating with colleagues and senior executives while engaging in educational and professional activities

Current college or graduate students, or individuals who have graduated within the past six months
U.S. work authorization holders, including those eligible for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and/or Optional Practical Training (OPT)
Applicants able to work a hybrid schedule, with at least two days per week in the Washington, D.C. office (fully remote applicants will not be considered)
Strong interest in business, policy, communications, event planning, technology, or human resources
Ability to indicate top two department preferences during application

Participation in professional development programming including resume review and interview preparation workshops
Opportunities to network with senior executives such as the CEO, Chief Policy Officer, and President of the Foundation
