Soul Soothing Co. is a purpose-guided, human-centered company dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs grow businesses that are simple, peaceful, and profitable. We’re a small but mighty team of three full-time women founders and three full-time VAs/designers, working inside a calm, mindful, and collaborative remote environment.

As we expand our online courses, community program, and SaaS-based offerings, we’re seeking a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer who can guide us into a powerful, strategic 2026.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, heart-led, and experiment-driven Fractional CMO to co-create a holistic growth strategy for 2026 and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of product/market fit, and who feels excited about building the marketing engine of a conscious, purpose-driven brand.

You’ll work closely with the founders to shape our vision, architect our marketing pathways, and drive consistent lead generation and nurturing for our suite of offerings, including online courses, community-based programs, SaaS tools and web templates.

What You’ll Do

Co-create with the founders a comprehensive, integrative marketing strategy for 2026, aligned with our brand, voice, mission, and revenue goals.
Generate strategies for consistent pipelines of qualified leads and how to guide them through funnel stages toward purchase, cross-sales, and upsales.
Manage and collaborate with an external ad agency/copywriter, or run paid ads directly, depending on skill set and preference.
Design funnels across multiple offers.
Set up clear KPIs, tracking, and data insights to help us understand what is working and where to optimize.
Lead ongoing experimentation, testing at least two new lead-generation strategies per month.
Collaborate with our internal team of VAs and designers to bring campaigns to life.
Provide strategic guidance across messaging, positioning, product launches, and content priorities.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Fractional CMO, Marketing consultant, Growth Lead, or equivalent in the online education, coaching, SaaS, or digital product spaces.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, including acquisition, nurturing, and conversion pathways.
Experience running or directing paid advertising (Meta, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, or multi-platform).
Ability to translate high-level vision into concrete strategy and actionable quarterly plans.
Comfort working collaboratively and remotely in a small, founder-led environment.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous experimentation and innovation.
Values alignment with conscious business, mindful leadership, and integrity-based marketing.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience scaling mission-driven or personal development brands.
Strength in storytelling, messaging, or brand positioning.
Familiarity with community-based or membership-style products.
