Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in digital marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Proficiency with key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and basic knowledge of Instagram video editing tools for Reels and Stories.
Experience with social media management tools, analytics dashboards, and online reputation monitoring tools (e.g., Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Yelp).
Familiarity with CRM/email marketing platforms (Salesforce etc).
Working knowledge of website CMS and booking engine integrations.
Understanding of SEO basics and paid digital media strategy.
Basic graphic design or photo/video production skills (e.g., Canva) a plus.
Ability to manage budgets, measure ROI, and develop clear reports.
Experience engaging with influencers, community partners, and digital collaborators.
Strong interpersonal communication, able to represent the brand in property tours or media events.

Brand & Digital Marketing

Partner with the Sales and Marketing team and agency partners to execute cohesive digital strategies that align with The Ranch’s vision.
Create curated content that amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with The Ranch brand identity.
Oversee all digital and physical collateral for guest-facing communications, ensuring brand standards are met.
Develop briefs for digital campaigns, oversee paid media content strategy, manage creative trafficking, and analyze and report on results.
Conduct regular digital benchmarks and competitive analyses to identify local and luxury market trends.

Social Media & Content

Lead strategy, planning, and day-to-day management for The Ranch’s social media channels.
Develop and maintain a robust social content calendar with thematic stories and high-quality visuals.
Capture still and video content on-property and assist with larger photo/video shoots as needed.
Curate and integrate User Generated Content (UGC) when appropriate.
Manage community engagement and guest interaction, responding thoughtfully and resolving any issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Build and maintain relationships with digital influencers, measure campaign results, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Online Reputation & PR

Monitor and manage The Ranch’s online reputation across review sites (Revinate, Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.).
Partner with PR agency and internal stakeholders to amplify press placements and influencer partnerships.
Conduct property tours for media and influencers, developing custom itineraries as needed.
Attend promotional events, PR/F&B/Spa/Wellness marketing meetings, and other key touch points to stay aligned with broader brand initiatives.
Email & Website Management
Create and coordinate monthly and ad-hoc email campaigns to targeted lists, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
With direction from the Director of Sales & Marketing, update and maintain the property website, app, and booking engines.
Maintain a current image library and video assets to maximize media coverage and social storytelling.
Performance & Revenue Alignment
Partner with revenue management and digital agencies to monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
Use analytics to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and report actionable insights.
Ensure all initiatives tie back to occupancy, RevPAR, and other critical revenue goals.

This is a full-time, on-property role based at The Ranch Hudson Valley in Sloatsburg, NY.
