We are a growing medical massage & wellness practice dedicated to providing a high-quality therapeutic experience for our clients. As our brand expands, we are seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Marketing Assistant to help strengthen our online presence and support light in-office client interaction.

This position is in-office only and requires someone who is organized, friendly, and excited about social media and branding.

Position Summary

The Social Media Marketing Assistant will support the business by creating engaging content, assisting with digital marketing efforts, tracking analytics, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

While the role is primarily marketing-focused, you’ll also perform simple in-office client support tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities Social Media Content Creation

Capture photos and videos of the office, therapists, and wellness-related content
Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Create graphics and posts using Canva or similar tools
Maintain a consistent posting schedule
Assist with community engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)

Marketing, Branding & Analytics

Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth trends)
Help plan monthly content themes and campaigns
Assist with email marketing or SMS campaigns
Support digital ad creation and simple advertising tasks
Participate in brand-building efforts and client-retention initiatives

Light In-Office Support (Not a front desk role)

Greet clients and maintain a welcoming environment
Assist with occasional check-ins or simple scheduling tasks
Keep the front lobby organized and presentable
Support therapists and management during busy hours
Help maintain smooth client flow during operating hours

Ideal Candidate

Creative and comfortable using social media platforms
Organized, consistent, and able to follow brand guidelines
Friendly and professional when interacting with clients
Comfortable capturing photos/videos and being on camera if needed
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Eager to contribute to a positive and uplifting wellness environment

Requirements

Must work in-office (no remote work)
Comfortable using a smartphone for content creation
Ability to learn marketing tools and editing apps
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability during standard office hours

Compensation & Growth

Starting at $15–$16/hour
