As one of the largest distributors of fuels, lubricants, and propane on the West Coast, oour client offers an innovative suite of products and services designed to create real value for each of the more than 10,000 Retail Fuel, Commercial, Industrial, and Fleet Card customers. As the company continues to fuel exponential growth, it is seeking to add a new role to the organization focused on setting the foundational marketing vision for the Commercial Services. The Marketing Manager, Commercial Service Offerings will be key to developing all channel marketing plans in support of pipeline development for the business unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own all aspects of channel marketing plan for the Commercial Services business unit including digital, email, online, social and PR
Own the creation and evolution of business unit positioning package, including persona development and unique selling proposition definition
Develop comprehensive content calendar inclusive of ad, email and social copy designed to generate leads for business unit
Manage and support supplier partnerships as needed
Identify and support identified event for the business unit
Partner with product marketing to define relevant campaigns that drive lift for the Commercial Services
Direct any research related to new vertical development in support of business unit
Source appropriate media and PR opportunities that help to drive awareness and credibility around Commercial offering
Data and conversion driven to a fault - loves to create impactful campaigns that deliver company value
Prioritize and develop sales enablement materials that deliver new lift in new customer acquisition and assist the sales organization in delivering wins

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

6+ years of marketing management experience spanning all aspects of channel marketing
General knowledge of marketing platforms to include SalesForce and Pardot
Work with SFDC administrator to build and track reporting on campaigns, adjusting as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Self-directed and motivated, yet thrives on cross-team collaboration and idea sharing
2+ years profiling and executing event plans that deliver positive ROI
BA/BS in marketing or related discipline required
