The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up. As our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind Airdog's organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We're looking for a creative go-getter who's excited to take existing brand content and transform it into scroll-stopping social media magic.

If you live and breathe social media trends, can spot a viral moment before it happens, and want to see the direct impact of your work as our channels grow, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Strategy

Create engaging, on-trend content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube using existing brand assets
Edit videos with a keen eye for what works on each platform
Stay ahead of social media trends and quickly adapt them to Airdog's brand voice
Experiment with different content formats, styles, and approaches to discover what resonates with our audience
Develop and maintain a content calendar that keeps our channels active and engaging

Community Management

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms
Build genuine connections with our growing community
Identify and engage with potential brand advocates and influencers
Flag important conversations and opportunities to the team

Performance & Growth

Track and analyze social media metrics, with a primary focus on growing overall brand impressions
Report on what's working (and what's not) with clear insights and recommendations
Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data
Help identify influencer partnership opportunities that align with our brand

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Portfolio or examples of social media content you've created (personal accounts count!)
Video editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube best practices
Finger on the pulse of social media trends and internet culture
Excellent written communication skills
Scrappy, self-starter mentality - you don't wait to be told what to do

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Understanding of influencer marketing landscape
Experience with community management
Photography skills
