Pironi Homes is a Long Island-based luxury home building and development company committed to premium craftsmanship, timely delivery, clear communication and budget-conscious quality. We’re building our brand and lead-generation engine from the ground up, and we’re seeking a hands-on digital marketing generalist to be our one-person marketing department.

Your Role

You will own the full digital/marketing spectrum — website, social media, content production, paid ads, landing-pages, analytics, and lead generation. You report to leadership and work directly with internal teams and outside contractors/vendors. We want someone who can execute, iterate, optimize — and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Revamp our website, maintain it, optimize it for SEO, UX & lead capture.
Create and publish landing pages tied to campaigns and projects.
Plan, shoot and edit photo + video content (job site progress, finished homes, lifestyle brand stories).
Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) with regular posts, engagement, community building.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta platforms, etc) and optimize for lead generation.
Analyze performance of web traffic, social metrics, paid campaigns — report monthly with actionable insights.
Stay ahead of algorithm/SEO changes on social and Google — implement best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) and external vendors (photographers, videographers, web developers) to deliver aligned content.

Qualifications

1-4 years (entry to mid) digital marketing/media experience — ideally in construction, real estate, luxury brand or similar.
Proven hands-on experience with website platforms (WordPress or similar), landing pages, SEO fundamentals.
Comfortable planning and executing social media strategy across multiple platforms.
Experience running paid digital ad campaigns and interpreting analytics.
Photography and/or videography experience (can shoot and edit basic content).
Highly self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple deliverables as a solo marketer.
Familiar with Google Analytics (or equivalent), Facebook/Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, social scheduling tools.
Based on/near Long Island (NY) and available for periodic on-site shoots.

Contract Details & Compensation

This is a contract (1099) role. You’ll set your hours in collaboration with leadership, deliver monthly goals and reports.
Flexibility of remote work, but periodic in-person visits and content shoots required on Long Island.
Potential for long-term extension or conversion to ongoing contract/potential hire as business grows.
