Telecommute Partner Marketing Lead

At Lumen Inc., we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our partner marketing efforts. This role will focus on incubating and growing relationships with channel partners through strategic marketing plans and events.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support partner growth and engagement
Plan and execute channel and partner events, including tradeshows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
Manage MDF and budget to support strategic marketing and event plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities simultaneously
Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, AI, and CRM systems

This is a remote position that requires occasional travel up to 10% for business purposes. If you are selected for this position, there will be a background screen, which may include checks for criminal records and/or motor vehicle reports and/or drug screening, depending on the position requirements.
