Our client, a leader in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, is seeking a highly creative and analytical Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution for their premium beverage portfolio. This role is based in our client's office in Raleigh, North Carolina, US , and requires the candidate to be on-site.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share, revenue growth, and brand equity. You will own the brand's vision, positioning, and go-to-market plans, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain. Your deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes will be crucial in crafting compelling brand narratives and ensuring impactful product launches.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and executing integrated marketing plans across all channels (digital, social media, traditional advertising, in-store promotions, PR). Conducting thorough market and consumer research to identify opportunities and challenges. Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform brand strategy and tactics. Managing the brand's P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and achieving profitability targets. Collaborating with product innovation teams to identify new product opportunities and guide their development from concept to launch. Overseeing creative development and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Managing agency relationships (advertising, PR, digital) to ensure effective campaign execution. Presenting brand strategies and performance updates to senior leadership. Working closely with the sales team to develop effective channel strategies and support sell-in. Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus. A minimum of 5 years of brand management experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages or a related category, is required. Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative brand strategies that have driven significant market growth is essential. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights are critical. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Experience with digital marketing and social media strategies is highly valued. A passion for the beverage industry and a creative mindset are key.
