Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office) - New York, NY 11107

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr

Description

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized Associate Manager, Trade Marketing with a strong focus on finance, budgeting, and logistics. This role is essential in maintaining business continuity during a staffing transition and will support cross-functional trade marketing initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate excels in managing complex budgets, coordinating across multiple internal teams, and supporting vendor operations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the trade marketing budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for U.S. and Canada.
Support program execution by collaborating with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Marketing.
Coordinate vendor operations and workflows during an active RFP process.
Assist in developing and documenting requirements for a new digital project management platform.
Track logistics, timelines, and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with financial and marketing goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, logistics, marketing operations, or related fields.
Complex CAPEX/OPEX budget management experience.
Vendor management expertise.
Cross-functional project coordination (Finance, IT, Marketing).
High proficiency in Excel and advanced budget tracking.
Experience with digital system or platform implementation.

Nice to have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in finance, trade marketing, operations, or logistics.
Demonstrated success managing multi-market budgets and working comfortably with complex Excel spreadsheets.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
