Brand Engagement Consultant/ Influencer Marketing Manager

Pay Rate: $40–$45 per hour on W2

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Brand Engagement Consultant to support both our professional and consumer brand engagement strategies. This role plays a key part in managing influencer agencies, coordinating influencer campaigns, and overseeing social content for our owned Instagram channel. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about the beauty creator space and is active daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Agency Support

Support creation and editing of influencer briefs and content to align with brand guidelines

Manage timelines for content, approvals, and deliverables with multiple influencer agencies

Assist with invoice and contract workflow for influencer programs

Social Media & Content Management

Support monthly content strategy and calendar approvals for our Client Professional Edu Instagram

Work with retail partners to submit and secure brand content features

Assist with digital ad banner coordination

Reporting & Analysis

Lead comprehensive campaign tracking and performance reporting

Create polished PowerPoint presentations, monthly reports, and insights decks

Stay current on beauty social/influencer trends and provide actionable insights

Operational & Project Support

Manage retailer ratings, reviews, and agency project timelines

Coordinate product mailers, support events, and oversee Values Match submissions

Ensure smooth execution across multiple cross-functional partners

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience managing influencer programs, PR, and brand social media platforms

Strong understanding of influencer KPIs, social analytics, and brand/legal content guidelines

Highly organized with strong project management capabilities

Excellent verbal/written communication and advanced PowerPoint skills

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail

Passion for beauty influencers; active on IG, TikTok, and YouTube

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable
