Senior Integrated Marketing Programs Manager - Customer Lifecycle
WalkMeWalkMe, an SAP company, pioneered the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to enable business leaders to fully harness technology in today's complex digital landscape. By leveraging WalkMe's features—guidance, engagement, insights, and automation—employees boost efficiency, executives gain greater visibility into digital usage, and organizations maximize their digital assets, driving successful digital transformation.
Together, SAP and WalkMe form a powerful partnership that revolutionizes the digital transformation journey. This collaboration allows businesses to unlock the full potential of SAP's robust ERP solutions while seamlessly enhancing user experience and productivity with WalkMe's intuitive digital adoption platform.
WalkMe is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Programs Manager to build and scale the integrated marketing programs that engage, retain and expand our customer base.
Our customers are solving some of the hardest challenges in enterprise technology; driving adoption across complex tech stacks, reducing digital friction, and making change stick. The programs you build in this role will help those customers get more value from WalkMe faster, stay engaged as their needs evolve, and discover new ways our platform can support their goals.
This is a hands-on, senior level role where you'll own and execute integrated campaigns that reach existing customers at the right moments, with the right message, through the right channels. Partnering closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Growth, your programs will span the full customer lifecycle, bringing rigor and creativity to campaigns that drive deeper adoption, stronger retention, and measurable expansion pipeline.
What You'll Own
- Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for the customer lifecycle, setting strategy, designing multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, in-product, events, webinars, direct mail), and orchestrating execution across segments and regions.
- Build and optimize always-on nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and segment-specific plays that deliver the right content at the right lifecycle moment, moving customers from initial onboarding through deep adoption and into expansion conversations.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate customer insights, product launches, and roadmap milestones into compelling, differentiated campaigns for priority personas.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to align programs with renewal timelines, expansion opportunities, and at-risk account interventions.
- Develop executive engagement programs (roundtables, briefings, advisory councils) that build credibility and deepen relationships with senior leaders at key customer accounts.
- Own the measurement framework and establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that regional and field marketing teams can leverage.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years in integrated marketing or marketing programs within B2B SaaS with a strong track record designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that target existing customers, end to end.
- Deep understanding of how marketing programs support customer retention and expansion revenue in organizations with mature Sales and Customer Success teams, including experience using customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle signals to inform targeting and personalization.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce, Marketo) and comfort building campaign workflows, reporting dashboards, and scoring models.
- Fluency with AI and emerging marketing technologies, with a proven ability to leverage new tools to streamline program design, automate campaign orchestration, and accelerate execution and optimization.
- Experience designing and running executive engagement programs (roundtables, advisory councils, briefings) that build credibility with senior decision-makers at customer accounts.
- Analytics acumen with a proven ability to optimize funnel performance, report on ROI, and use experimentation to improve results.
- Excellent project management and execution skills, with high attention to detail, able to execute independently and delegate tasks effectively.
What Sets You Apart
- You genuinely care about helping customers realize value, not just hitting pipeline targets. You think about what’s useful to the customer first and let the business outcomes follow.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who can align Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations teams around shared campaign goals.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex value propositions and tailor messaging for different customer segments and lifecycle stages.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize ruthlessly across multiple concurrent programs.
