Event Marketing Representative

Here at Mpire Promotions we are looking for motivated representatives who are eager and confident to advocate for nonprofit partners. No experience needed!

We work with organizations such as the ASPCA, ChildFund International, CARE International, Feeding Westchester and more. Our team works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where employees develop communication, marketing, and leadership skills while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes.

Speaking directly to community members at local businesses and setting up events to spread awareness and advocate.

This role is IN PERSON ONLY and FULL TIME

Responsibilities

• Host outside face to face fundraising events
• Morning will be in office learning and developing, rest of the day will be spent with the team in the field at different locations
• Promote and advocate for charities
• Establish and create positive relationships with the community and donors
• Encourage individuals to support nonprofit programs through ongoing donations

Pay Structure

Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based commission.

Average team members earn $600–$1,000 per week, depending on performance

• Quality bonuses every six months
• Weekend Pay
• Reimbursement for gas mileage
• The first day will consist of onboarding, paperwork completion, and charity introductory training in the office
