Chief Marketing Officer

Boosted Commerce is a digitally-native CPG platform focused on building beauty, health, and wellness brands. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead brand, creative, social, content, and performance marketing, working cross-functionally to craft breakthrough customer experiences that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all customer touchpoints
- Drive innovation by blending data and intuition to test bold ideas and unlock new growth
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget across both brand-building and performance channels
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team built on creativity, accountability, and experimentation
- Partner across brand, product, and ecommerce teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end brand experiences
- Collaborate with data and finance to measure what matters, optimizing ROI and refining strategies in real time
Skills
- 10+ years leading marketing for DTC and/or CPG brands, with a record of scaling revenue and brand equity
- Proven expertise across brand strategy, digital media, social, influencer, and content
- Inspirational leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to turn big ideas into execution
- Combines creative intuition with analytical rigor
- Entrepreneurial spirit — thrives in ambiguity and loves building in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Experience in health, beauty, or wellness strongly preferred
