What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead the development, launch, and commercialization of new food products that don’t exist today. This newly created role will bridge R&D innovation and go-to-market execution, helping bring new product concepts from idea to shelf.

You’ll partner closely with R&D, Sales, and Operations to define product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies, while building marketing plans that drive brand awareness and retail sell-through. This is an opportunity to shape the company’s product innovation pipeline and establish best practices for consumer-driven growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D to identify white space opportunities and develop new food products, flavors, and formats.
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, and retailer feedback into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Develop and validate business cases for new products, including market sizing, pricing, and profitability.
  • Build and execute launch strategies for new products across traditional retail, e-commerce, and foodservice channels.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and packaging that resonates with consumers and retail buyers.
  • Drive storytelling and brand differentiation across product categories.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to develop creative campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
  • Act as the marketing voice in product development meetings, ensuring brand consistency and consumer alignment.
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure readiness for launch.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or consumer product marketing.
  • Proven success launching new products from concept through commercialization.
  • Experience working closely with R&D and Sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail and shopper marketing.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative, data-driven thinker with a passion for innovation and brand building
