About the Role

We’re seeking a Creative Marketing Operations Assistant to support our e-commerce and creative marketing operations. This role involves maintaining our Shopify storefront, generating product imagery using AI tools (with pre-written prompts), publishing pre-written blog content, and creating digital assets such as banners and graphics for campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working at the intersection of e-commerce, content, and creative production.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain product listings, collections, and visuals on Shopify.
Generate and edit AI-based imagery for products and campaigns (using provided prompts and guidelines).
Upload and format blog posts with accompanying visuals and metadata.
Design digital assets for website banners, email campaigns, and social platforms.
Ensure all visuals and layouts are brand-consistent and optimized for web performance.
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including content scheduling, image management, and copy formatting.

Requirements

Proven experience with Shopify (product uploads, theme editing, image management).
Experience using AI image tools (e.g., Google AI Studio, Gemini, Midjourney, Sora, etc.).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong understanding of digital asset organization and web design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Bonus: Background in fashion or creative marketing.

Details

Full-time on-site position.
Fixed schedule, Tuesday through Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
