About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our project management and creative teams across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who enjoys moving between copywriting, ad management, and campaign coordination.

You’ll work closely with our Project Manager to help plan, execute, and track marketing deliverables — from social content to paid campaigns — ensuring everything launches on time, on brand, and at a high standard.

This role requires strong organization, creativity, and common sense — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment and can handle multiple priorities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting

Write short-form copy for social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the design team or use Canva to create and finalize visuals when needed.
Ensure all copy aligns with client brand voice and campaign objectives.

Digital Marketing Execution

Build and manage ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
Assist with audience targeting, creative uploads, and basic A/B testing.
Monitor campaign performance and compile key metrics into weekly reports.
Update tracking sheets and performance dashboards in Notion or Google Sheets.

Coordination & Operations

Support the Project Manager with task updates, asset collection, and deadline tracking.
Communicate with team members to ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved on time.
Organize marketing assets in Google Drive and Notion.
Participate in weekly team meetings and help identify ways to improve efficiency.

Requirements

2+ years experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or creative support.
Strong writing and editing skills for digital platforms.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
Experience with Canva or other creative tools.
Familiarity with project management systems (Notion, ClickUp, or Asana).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
