Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary
Superior is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and paid advertising channels. This role works closely with the Ecommerce Manager and internal teams to bring campaigns to life, maintain a consistent online presence, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys executing campaigns, working across multiple channels, and using data to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content aligned with promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Assist with and manage paid advertising efforts, including social ads, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center
- Coordinate and implement digital marketing assets across platforms
- Monitor and analyze performance across channels, including traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Identify trends and make recommendations to improve campaign performance based on data insights
- Support ongoing growth of social media presence, including increasing engagement and followers
- Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, and operations teams to support campaign initiatives
- Assist with additional digital or ecommerce-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field
- Experience managing social media accounts with a proven ability to grow engagement and followers
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Experience with paid advertising, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
