Event Marketing Representative

Passanante’s Home Food Service, established in 1916, is looking for energetic, people-driven Event Marketing Representatives to join our growing team.

Compensation That Rewards Performance

• Hourly base pay
• Weekly bonuses based on leads, appointments, and sales
• $25 setup + $25 breakdown per event
• Travel pay
• $25 show find bonus for approved new events
• Quarterly food bonus after 6 months
• Referral bonuses and additional incentives

Schedule

• Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday)
• Optional weekday opportunities available

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with event attendees and generating warm, high-quality leads
• Creating a welcoming, high-energy booth presence
• Preparing and distributing food samples
• Representing a trusted 100+ year brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Ability to stand for the duration of events
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Smartphone with GPS and basic computer access
