ON SITE ONLY - NO REMOTE. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management tools, content creation, and analytics to optimize organic social media campaigns, influencer partnerships and ensure consistent brand messaging. The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in shaping our online presence through innovative content, strategic advertising, and relationship management with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite and Hubspot.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers and other accounts in adjacent industries to foster community growth
- Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content for search visibility
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends
- Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for social media campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Create and manage a social media posting calendar and proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and quality before publication
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software is a plus
- Familiarity with social listening tools, Hootsuite, Hubspot, and other scheduling applications
- Knowledge of Wordpress, SEO techniques, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools is a plus
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency
- Experience managing organic social campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integrations is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize performance strategies
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively
- Automotive experience required
